The DFC Geomet-coated front rotor for Jaguar XF (2010–2024) is a hi-carbon alloy replacement designed for OE-style braking performance. Using G3000/G11H18 iron castings and original vane configuration for heat dissipation, the rotor is precision mill-balanced and fine-turned to 16 RMS for improved initial rotor and pad break-in. Geomet coating offers corrosion protection and the rotor meets strict tolerance targets including 0.010 mm DTV and 0.050 mm lateral runout.
