The DFC Geomet-coated drilled rotor for Mercedes-Benz S550 (2014–2021), rear, is a hi-carbon alloy replacement rotor supplied for that rear application. It uses premium G3000/G11H18 iron castings and OE-style vanes to address heat behavior and is precision mill-balanced for smoother stopping. The rotor is fine-turned to 16 RMS and Geomet-coated; manufacturing limits include DTV 0.010 mm and lateral runout 0.050 mm.
