The DFC Geomet-coated drilled rotor for Mercedes-Benz S550 (2014–2017), front, is a hi-carbon alloy replacement rotor specified for that front application. Constructed with premium G3000/G11H18 iron castings and an OE vane configuration, it is precision mill-balanced and fine-turned to a 16 RMS finish. The rotor is protected with a Geomet coating and produced to DTV 0.010 mm and lateral runout 0.050 mm maximum tolerances.
