The DFC Geomet-coated drilled rotor for Mercedes-Benz SL550 (2013–2020), front, is a hi-carbon alloy replacement rotor supplied for that front application. It features premium G3000/G11H18 iron castings and an OE vane configuration to match thermal behavior. Each rotor is precision mill-balanced, fine-turned to 16 RMS and finished with Geomet coating. Manufacturing tolerances include DTV of 0.010 mm and lateral runout of 0.050 mm maximum.
