The DBA 5000 Series Slotted Ring for 2016–2018 Ford Focus RS front is a two-piece direct-replacement rotor that pairs high-carbon cast-iron rings with aerospace-grade T6061-T6 aluminum hats. Secured with NAS bolts, the design lowers unsprung weight, allows uniform radial expansion, and reduces heat transfer to the hub versus one-piece rotors. The T3 slot option further improves pad bite and gas evacuation. DBA supplies full assemblies or replacement rings and hats for serviceability.
