DBA’s 5000 Series drilled-and-slotted two-piece rotor is a direct-replacement composite rotor combining high-carbon cast-iron rings with aerospace-grade T6061-T6 aluminum hats. The design reduces unsprung weight, improves heat management and allows uniform disc expansion while limiting heat transfer to the hub.
