Motul DOT 5.1 brake fluid is a fully synthetic polyglycol-based fluid suitable for hydraulic brake and clutch systems, meeting DOT 5.1, DOT 4 and DOT 3 recommendations and compatible with ABS systems. It offers long-life properties with a dry boiling point around 272°C (516°F) and a wet boiling point approximately 187°C (369°F), providing improved resistance to vapor lock and consistent hydraulic performance under elevated temperatures.
