The Wehrli Stage 2 4" intake kit for 2004.5–2005 Chevrolet Duramax LLY swaps the stock plastic plumbing for a high-flow aluminum 4" pipe and enclosed air box with dry filter and pre-filter. The kit uses aerodynamic bends and a 4.8" cast aluminum turbo intake horn to reduce restrictions, improving turbo spool, top-end power and intake temps while removing the factory resonator. Fittings include silicone boots, stainless t-bolt clamps and a removable lid for easy service.
