The Volant PowerCore closed-box air intake for 2003–2004 Ford Expedition 5.4L V8 increases airflow and engine protection using a Donaldson PowerCore Ultra-Web filter. Designed to outflow the stock intake, it delivers 99.96% filtration efficiency with extended maintenance intervals up to 150,000 miles. The cold-air kit includes a closed filter box, air duct, PowerCore filter, connectors and stainless clamps for bolt-on installation.
