The K&N roto-molded cold air intake for 2001–2004 Chevy Silverado HD V8-6.6L increases airflow with a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) tube and pairs with a washable, reusable high-flow oiled cotton filter. The oversized conical filter can allow up to 100,000 miles between services under normal highway driving. A custom heat shield protects intake air, typical installation takes less than 60 minutes, and some models require checking CARB status for California; protected by K&N's lifetime limited warranty.
