The K&N roto-molded cold air intake for 1999–2002 Ford Crown Victoria V8-4.6L increases airflow with a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) tube and pairs with a washable, reusable high-flow oiled cotton filter. The oversized conical filter can permit up to 100,000 miles between services under normal highway driving. A custom heat shield protects intake air, typical installation takes less than 60 minutes, and the system is covered by K&N's lifetime limited warranty; check CARB status for California legality.
