The K&N FIPK cold-air intake for 1997–1999 Dodge Dakota and Durango V8 (5.2L/5.9L) increases airflow to help deliver measurable gains in horsepower and torque. It replaces the factory intake with a roto-molded HDPE tube and a washable, reusable oiled cotton High-Flow filter for extended service intervals. A custom heat shield protects intake air from engine heat, the oversized conical filter can run up to 100,000 miles between services under normal highway driving, and installation typically takes under 90 minutes. Some applications may be restricted in California; check CARB status.
